On March 5th a group of 30 will begin a 10 day journey through the Holy Lands of Israel. We are privilaged to be lead by Dr. T.C. French Jr., our recently retired founding pastor of 50 years and joined by Dr. David Goza, our new pastor.

June, I was in my Lenten Bible Study tonight, Sensing the Passion, and my mind kept returning to you, thinking about you being in such a special, sacred place. The study follows the senses as we experience Christ's passion. Tonight's sense was sound--the sounds at the Last Supper, the praying in the Garden and the night noises, the cries of the crowds, the hammer of the nails. So make sure you close your eyes and listen.
He wanted a dollar every time he was in a picture. One time he walked in ot my vider and stopped and asked for a dollar. I told him he was in my picture so I wanted him to pay me. He smiled and walked on.
I cannot begin to tell you folks how awesome the pics are and the all inspiring comments coming from the tour group.I find myself glued to this blog - just great!
If someone will please pass on to Dr.Goza's Mother(Lorita) that we had a 3.4 earthquake in Midwest City, Okla. and Anna & I are slowly starving to death! :)
Almyra, the reading went well today.I showed the children your picture on the camel. I told then you went to Bethlehem where Jesus was born. silas was sitting in Annie's lap last night. I told him his Mom would be back soon. Always, Marjorie L
